在[mysqld]后面任意一行添加“skip-grant-tables”

service mysqld restart



mysql



flush privileges;



grant all privileges on *.* to root@'%' identified by '123456' with grant option;



quit;



service mysqld restart



or

mysql> use mysql;
mysql> update user set password=password("你的新密碼") where user="root";
mysql> flush privileges;
mysql> quit



最后

去掉剛才添加的內容
skip-grant-tables
